Dear Mark and Cindy,

We would like to express our appreciation for the generosity of Bricetin Concrete in providing our daughter with a cement pad and walkway to her pool last spring. This Random Act of Kindness made a huge improvement in her life. Because our daughter was able to access the pool easily, she swam more often and she experienced improved health. This past summer was absolutely wonderful for her.

We would also like to thank you for making the arrangements to partner with Tilbury Concrete who we understand contributed the cement. In addition, please pass on our appreciation to your staff for their professionalism, respectfulness and skilled workmanship.

We are blessed to have experienced this amazing ‘act of kindness’. We appreciate your foresightedness, as business owners committed to giving back, in making the decision to invest into our daughter’s future and her quality of life in this way. Dear Mr. Rivait,

Thank you for choosing this project in November 2010 as Bricetin’s Random Act of Kindness. This beautiful cement ‘pad/pathway’ your company built in the spring of 2011 meant I could go swimming almost every day this past summer! I have been healthier and happier as a result. It has been the best summer ever. My family and support staff have also greatly appreciated the smooth ride to the pool. Please thank everyone involved.

"Dear Mark, we just wanted to take a minute to let you know how much we appreciate you and the staff at Bricetin. We are so used to companies not standing behind their work and not honouring their warranties so it was a very pleasant surprise for us when you came to listen to our complaints and corrected the problem right away.

We love our home and our neighbourhood, but my Mother was dianosed with lung cancer last September so Shawn amd I decided to move to LaSalle to be closer to her and the rest of my family. We did not want the next owners to be faced with the problems that a leaky basement brings, but we were not in a positon to correct the problem ourselves. We hesitated phoning you thinking that you would be like all of the other companies out there that make promises they don’t intend on keeping, but we are so grateful that we were wrong.

We have had several storms in the past that would have resulted in water leaking in, but we are very happy to say that the basement is dry!

Thank you for your excellent work, thank you for keeping your word and thank you for helping us get to where we need to be with peace of mind!"

Dear Bricetin Employees,
We would like to wish you a merry Christmas, and thank you for your generous donation. With your donation we have been able to purchase each student a gingerbread house and decorate it at school. We also changed a section in our room to “Santa’s Workshop” complete with Santa and Elf costumes, as well as a wrapping and ornament station. Lastly, we used the rest to purchase winter clothing articles, food and cards, for the children who needed it. We could not have done this without you!

We are sending this letter to you in regards to having our driveway replaced by your company, and we wanted to express our satisfaction with the workmanship and quality of the job. Your people were very professional, polite and friendly. Matt and Brice while the whole time when they were here, I watched some of the work they had preformed breaking up the old concrete, lifting and pushing it onto the bucket of the bobcat which some pieces were quite huge slabs, but they had continued till they were done. All the preparation before pouring of the cement was a huge untaking with our driveway, walkway and the removal and replacement of our wheelchair lift. We would like to thank them for being so professional and for listening to our concerns. The neighbours had commented on how good it was to see how they had cleaned up after each day and what a great job they had done on our driveway.

We would highly recommend your company to our family, friends, and anyone interested in having any paving done. Thank you Bricetin so much for a job well done.
